There will strictly be no changing of groups / group members.
Groups A, B and C will be carrying out their research on Singapore, while Groups D, E and F will be carrying out their research on Canada.

Group work
In your groups, you are required to create travel guides for the countries you were allocated to, and then post it up on to a webpage, which will be accessible by the rest of your classmates.
Here’s an example for your reference:
Individual
- After you have posted your groups’ work to the webpage, log on to the page on the next day, and comment on other groups’ travel guides. (For eg. What you liked about it, what could have been improved, etc”)
- After which, you will need to comment on the differences between the two countries with regards to the historical and cultural perspectives in the Discussion Board. Your response should be about 100 - 150 words.
- You are also required to make informed responses as to why Chang, the protagonist in ‘The Man Who Was Afraid of ATMs’ by Wena Poon, was unable to assimilate into the Canadian culture. You are required to post an individual response of about 100-150 words onto the Discussion Board webpage.
How to post your responses on the webpage
Type the email and password of the page at the top of the page.

Once you have logged on, look for the ‘NEW POST’ button and click on it.


For your group’s travel guide, go to 'Class productions' and paste your work into the entry. the title of your post should be your group name, followed by the country you have done.

(For eg. Group_D_Singapore)
For the individual responses, go to 'Discussion board' and paste your response to beside your name, the title of your posts should be your name.
To view other groups' works, just go to the main blog page, click on 'Class productions' at the side and have a look at your friends' works.
To comment, scroll down to the end of the post and click on 'Post a Comment'.
Remember, you are required to submit two individual responses.
